How this works

  1. Click + New intake and enter the student’s details and circumstances — income, employment, veteran status, barriers, and program interest.
  2. The funding check runs automatically and flags likely eligibility: WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth; Workforce Pell; Pell Grant; veterans’ benefits; and priority of service.
  3. Save the record (visible only to you), then use the Status field to move each student from New → Reviewing → Referred → Enrolled.
  4. Search and filter by status anytime. The result is a screening guide — confirm final eligibility through your normal verification process.
