How this works
- Create a cohort for each program and term you track (e.g. “Welding — Fall 2026”).
- Add each participant with their completion, employment, employer, wage, and credential outcomes.
- The tool calculates completion, employment, and median-wage rates automatically — using program completers as the base, the way WIOA and Workforce Pell report.
- Open any cohort for its live outcomes dashboard. Everything is private to your account.
